This was a water damage job, homeowner had us remove all of the subfloor and install with all new advantech.

Before we can lay the flooring planks we must lay down some underlayment. This helps with the noise reduction as well as a soft step, do not cheap on your underlayment just because you cant see it.

Installed a pergo quick clip floating floor over a padded underlayment for a beautiful modern look. Easy to clean and maintain, a huge step up from the water logged subfloor that the homeowners had been dealing with.

We are gluing down a 3/4 hardwood product on concrete with flooring glue adhesive. the tape is holding our floor in place so that we can walk on it etc while we are continuing on working further into the room, the next day we will come in and remove all of the tape for a beautiful seamless look!

Most flooring installers nowadays dont have to worry about acclimating their flooring because they use these manmade floors that are vinyl and plastic, but when using real hardwood like this, you have to acclimate it in relative humidity and temperature for 72 hours or more before you start installing.

We removed and disposed of all of the old outdoor carper from years ago, we had a nice subfloor, so we opted to mud set cement board as our underlayment for our tile work.
