Small Odd Jobs

We started out as a handyman company, and we won't ever forget that! We survived off of service calls alone for many years as we grew to where we are today. Just because we are completing larger projects nowadays does not mean that we have forgotten about our loyal customer base that has kept us up and running in the past with service calls and small household jobs.

Odd jobs can consist of just about anything from power washing, to gutter cleaning, furniture moving, trash removal, etc. Anything that doesn't fall into a trade category gets charged as an odd job.

1st Bedroom Built-In

Not long ago we finished a custom closet shelving job for a customer of ours. This is their 1st guest bedroom closet fully decked out with all custom shelving that's built professionally to last much longer than any prefab cabinets you buy at the big box stores.

2nd Guest Bedroom

We did these shelves in all bedroom closets in this entire home, this here is specifically the 2nd guest bedroom, tons of room for any of the homeowner's guests visiting over the holidays.

Coffered Ceiling Trim Layout

This is a layout, i normally will build at least a section large enough to see an entire sqaure of the coffered ceiling to present to my customer when quoting the job. at this phase ive already gotten the job, im just getting the selections from my customer, an the best way ive found to do that is to build a small 4'x4' mock-up of the ceiling.

This was a hutch that one of our customers asked us if we could paint for them, we did not expect them to ask us to cut it in half and remove a section from it, then hang it on their wall, but we did just that, and guess what, another ecstatic customer!

Custom Shoe Bench

Since we started doing custom woodworking we have noticed a huge number of these benches catching on, we use to maybe build 1-2 per year, but nowadays we are usually doinhg one every month at least, sometimes 2-3 a month.

Here are the before photos of a patio wall that is covered in siding and that we are removing and replacing with wood shiplap!

You can see with 7" wide shiplap as well as crown molding and baseboard, this room looks like an entirely new space that our customer is going to love to use in the future!

Here the shipalp accents were already in place, we were only contracted to come in and install the crown molding throughout the entire 1st floor.

Here's another seamless seam on the crown molding work that we installed in this home. no caulk in that corner! the kitchen had a beautiful ornate finished trim already in place and we were able to tie our crown molding into that flawlessly as you can see!
